Very fragrant thyme from Southern region of Spain. Used in the preparation of olives. Produces essential oils. Groundcover, rockery, edges.
Small, compact perennial shrub of 50cm in height. It is recognizable for its shape and the long violet flowers held in cone-shaped clusters at the end of the stems. Lanceolate and green-greyish foliage.
