Variety with small olive green leaves, purple flowers on long spikes, anise scent and flavour. Up to 35cm.
Unavoidable in Thai cuisine for a whole series of dishes from salads, and raw vegetables, chicken to fish.
Direct sowing in spring. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
