Cumin is widely used as a food condiment, for example in soups, salads, stews ... to give a light spicy flavor and with an aroma similar to anise. It can be grown in pots to expand our culinary garden! It stimulates intestinal transit and reduces intestinal gases among many other properties.
It reaches 40cm height and has white or pink flowers. Bright green, feathery leaves.
Direct sowing at temperatures of 18ºC night/25ºC day. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
