SEEDS OF BLACK MUSTARD - BRASSICA NIGRA
Medicinal, aromatic and culinary plant. Seeds for sprouts. The dried and grounded seeds are used as spices. They are used to make mustards. Used fresh, they dress dishes or they can be used in oil-making. For external use this plant calms pain, arthritis, rheumatism… It also relieves tired feet and headaches.
Annual herb growing up to 1 m. The leaves are large and green. Its attractive flowers are deep-yellow. The brown reddish fruit contains the seeds.
Prefers deep and cool soils.
Direct sowing.
