Amazing purple carrot with orange meat. The root is crisp and smooth between 15 to 20cm. long.
Sweet flavor. When cooking, purple colors remains. They contain twice as many antioxidants as oranges, in addition to vitamin C, calcium andmagnesium.
We recommend frequent watering during planting. Harvest from June to November, although stepped sowing can also be done to have a continuous harvest. It needs fertile, light and humid soils.
They can be planted next to leeks, garlic, chives ... avoiding some culinary herbs such as mint and parsley among others.
