Perfect to be consumed fresh or cooked. It has an elongated shape of about 14cm, strong and smooth purple. High nutritional value, colourful dishes it is also suitable for storage.
It is a very resistant species that needs a clay or sandy soil, well drained and with a neutral or acidic acidity. It does not need frequent watering, only when the soil is dry.
It can be sowed all year round although it is preferable to do it in the spring. Before sowing, let the seeds soak for 30 minutes. Then sow in rows 30cm apart, with a depth of 3cm and about 10cm between them. We recommend that the soil be raked before planting and water abundantly after it. After about 3-4 months harvest time has come.
