SEEDS OF JAPANESE RED MIZUNA - BRASSICA RAPA VAR. NIPPOSINICA

The Red Mizuna is a Japenese microgreens  very similar to arugula, with serrated purple leaves and a mild mustard flavor.  Perfect to give a different and tender touch in salads and baby leaf mixes. It has diuretic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, in addition to vitamins.

Easy care and fast growing. Sow from mid-September to March, at a depth of 0.5-1cm. Also all year long with intervals of about 21 days. Water after sowing. Prefers light, rich and well-drained soils.
