This is a highly unusual variety of broad beans with a good production.The pods are green, the beans inside are pink. It is recommended to harvest plant in different times, starting with the lowest pods on the plant. They can be picked even immature to be cooked and eaten whole, the smaller beans are sweeter and tender.
