Spinach with oval dark green leaves, soft and tender. Eaten raw or cooked it is ideal in salads, risottos and pasta for its sweet flavor. Very productive and slow to bolt.
Sowing outdoors from February to May and July to August. Harvest 45-60 days after sowing.
Regular watering to prevent bloting. Cold-hardy but also warm tolerant.
