Watercress of about 20-40cm with lanceolate and round green leaves. Its flavor is similar to watercress but more spicy and reminiscent of mustard.
It is used like parsley, raw for salads, cheeses, eggs or decorations on dishes. Its roots have been used as a spicy condiment. It has aperitive properties and to treat colds and asthma using it in homemade syrups.
Direct sowing with a temperature 20ºC. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
