Perennial wild rocket with fine leaves and a very peppery flavor.
Present in salads, pizzas, pesto, pasta, risotto. The leaves can also be cooked like spinach or chard.
Sow indoors all year long or outdoors when the temperature reaches 15ºC.
Sow every 4-5 weeks to harvest all year.
