SEEDS OF COMMON CRESS

Watercress of about 20-40cm with lanceolate and round green leaves. Its flavor is similar to watercress but more spicy and reminiscent of mustard.

It is used like parsley, raw for salads, cheeses, eggs or decorations on dishes.
