Chinese cabbage with green tops and crispy white stalks. Each cabbage can reach betwen 1.5 and 2 kg of weight.
The young leaves can be eaten in salads. Sweet celery-like flavour and low in calories.
Sow from mid-July to mid-August, in rows separated by 40cm. It is harvested 50-60 days after sowing. SO can be sown every 2 weeks to hace a continuous crop.
It grows in fertile and well-drained soils.
Provides calcium, antioxidants and vitamin C that favor health and general well-being.
