The Green Mizuna is a Japenese microgreens very similar to arugula, with dark green leaves and a mild mustard flavor. Perfect to give a different and tender touch in salads and salad mixes. It has diuretic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as vitamins.
Easy cultivation and fast growing. Sow from mid-September to March, at a depth of 0.5-1cm. Also all year long with intervals of about 21 days. Water after sowing.
