Egg-shaped fruits, green becoming yellow-orange with an intense yellow flesh. They grow between 1.5 and 2 kgs.
After a short cooking the flesh falls apart into pieces reminding noodles. Ideal vegetable for preparing so called vegetable spaghetti or for oven baking.
The plant is first bushy, later becoming semi-spreading with small leaves. Resistant to diseases and adverse environmental conditions.
Direct sowing. Temperatures 15ºC/20ºC. Cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
