A white tomato with a sweet taste and a hint of acidity. White skin and flesh when ripe. The tomatoes are round, flat and weigh up to 150/200 grams. The flesh is juicy with few seeds.
Ideal in salads, in coulis and sauces.
Heirloom variety from the USA.
Sowing from February to March in seedbeds with temperatures of 15ºC/20ºC at a depth of 1cm, keeping the substrate moist after sowing. Harvest when tomatoes are ripe, about 65 days after sowing.
