Vigorous, medium-sized eggplant with spherical fruits of a shiny violet-black colour. Variety with early cycle and high productivity. It produces very soft and tasty aubergines.
Eggplants must always be cooked before being consumed, as they have an alkanoid that can damage the digestive system. It contains vitamins, antioxidants, iron, fibre and magnesium among many others.
Require fertile and well-drained soils.
Sowing from January to May indoors. Transplanting outdoors from March onwards. They need temperatures of 25ºC to germinate. After 3 to 5 months after sowing, the fruits are ripe and can be harvested.
