Pattypan type squash. Bushy habit. This variety is disk-shaped with slightly scallop-edge, the skin is white and flesh is creamy-white and flavoured. They are best eaten small and young. This variety has a bushy habit making it ideal for smaller gardens.
Their flesh is delicate and fragile, and the skin even after cooking retains a nice colour, which is creamy, green, yellow or two-tone depending on the variety. Suitable for preserving and for direct consumption.
Direct sowing. Temperatures 15/20ºC. Cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
