Curious variety of intense green florets composed of small protuberances that form a pyramid.
Crunchy texture and nutty flavor. Early variety. Contains lots of vitamins C, K and B, minerals and antioxidants. Very low in calories.
It is sown from March to May indoors and until July outdoors. Distance of 50cm between plants and 60-80cm between rows. It is harvested from October to March.
Likes deep, rich and well-drained soils.
