Early variety of cauliflower that is grown in early spring, until the end of autumn. The heads are white and large, they can reach up to 700gr.
It is harvested from October to December. Cauliflowers provide lots of vitamins and are low in calories.
It is sown from March to May outdoors, at a depth of 2cm, leaving 50cm between plants and 60cm between rows.
