Showy Italian cauliflower of purple color. Of sweet flavor and fine texture, its color disappears when cooking turning to a greenish yellow. Cauliflowers provide lots of vitamins and are low in calories. This variety is insect resistant. Vigorous and medium late variety of large leaves.
It is harvested from October to December.
Sow from March to May outdoors, at a depth of 2cm, leaving 50cm between plants and 60cm between rows. Prefers fertile and well-drained soils.
