The name of this Habanero Pepper is due to the yellow colour of its fruits when ripe. The lantern-shaped fruit is 5cm long and 2.5cm wide. It is fruity and sweet and has a unique apricot flavour. It is eaten fresh, in stews or sauces.
Sow from January to April indoors, 1-2cm deep in soil rich in organic matter. With a distance between plants of approximately 40cm and germination temperatures between 25-28ºC. Harvest after 90-100 days.
