Small, elongated aromatic and spicy. Peppers are green turning red at full maturity.
Very popular in Mexican cuisine for chile rellenos, they are also used raw in salads, cooked or grilled, diced and pureed for sauces. They can be dried under the sun then crushed and used as a powder to flavour dishes.
Sowing with temperatures from 18ºC to 25ºC, sow on surface covering max 0,5 cm. Plant spacing of 50x40 cm. Harvest 70 to 90 days.
