Italian heirloom. Variety with large, dense and green clusters with purple tones.
Delicious and very healthy steamed, sauteed or raw. It contains fiber, vitamin C and K, numerous nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties.
It is sown from March to May with a depth of 2cm in rows, with a separation of 50 x 60cm. Water the soil after sowing.
The harvest is usually in autumn, always taking into account the time of sowing and the area where it is grown. It needs well-drained, fertile soils rich in organic matter.
