The Cabbage Aubervilliers is a very old variety of the Milanese Cabbage, with a very good flavor and tender texture.
It has wrinkled, rounded and somewhat curly leaves of a light bluish green color. Good size cabbage 2-4kg, compact and whitish as we get closer to the center.
Sow in seedbed. Transplant when 4-6 leaves are formed in a planting frame of approximately 50x50cm. 150 days after planting, they are usually ready to be harvested.
The cultivation of this cabbage combines very well with the sowing of broad beans, tomatoes, potatoes, celery, beets, peas, beans, lettuce or onions.
