Onion widely used in Spanish cuisine for its mild and sweet flavor. Late variety it produces large size onions. Golden yellow and paper-like skin, globose shape and very crispy.
Sowing from March to April outdoors. In rows separated by 25-30cm.
They are harvested in August and September. They are easy to peel and can be stored for several months. Perfect seasoning for soups, stews and even caramelised!
