This fennel is remarkable for its round, smooth, pure white or green-white bulbs with enticing anise flavor. Feathery leaves. The plant is rich in vitamins and mineral salts.
Excellent shredded raw in salads, cooked, fried or braised (especially with fish). The leaves are also edible ad can be used to seasoning meals.
Direct sowing with constant 20ºC temperatures.
The bulbs are best used just after harvest. Shrink-wrapped, they can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
