Onion widely used in Spanish cuisine for its mild and sweet flavor. Late variety it produces large size onions. Golden yellow and paper-like skin, globose shape and very crispy. Harvest in August and September. They are easy to peel and can be stored for several months. Perfect seasoning for soups, stews and even caramelised!
