Onion widely used in Spanish cuisine for its slightly spicy taste. Late variety that produces globular onions with reddish-brown outer layers and purple flesh. Can be stored for up to 8 months.
Sow in rows 25-30cm apart. Well drained soils. Harvest in summer.
