Mix of varieties of onions of different colors. The bulbs have an oval shape and can be yellow, red or white. It can be consumed in different ways, raw, roasted, fried, boiled ... giving a more flavorful touch to your dishes! It contains vitamins, minerals, iron and phosphorus, protecting the digestive system.
Sow outdoors or in seedbeds in early spring, covering the seeds with 3-4cm of soil. Three or four months later it is transplanted, leaving 10-15cm between lines and the same distance between plants.
Harvest in summer and early autumn, when the leaves begin to dry. It needs well-drained, fertile, slightly acidic and stony soils.
