SEEDS OF GARLIC CHIVES - ALLIUM TUBEROSUM

A variety with thin leaves that are harder and larger than chives. They have a strong garlic flavour. Fresh or dried seasoning for salads and many dishes.

Interesting plant in rockeries, low maintenance and English style gardens. When flowering it attracts butterflies.

Deciduous herbaceous. Height 50 cm. Beautiful white flowers.

Prefers well drained, light and slightly humid soils.

Sowing temperatures 18ºC/20ºC.
