ALLIUM TUBEROSUM - Garlic Chives

A green vegetable used in cooking to replace onion and garlic. An essential species in your culinary garden.

A perrenial plant reaching 50cm with green greyish and cylindric leaves from their base. Little white flowers with a green heart looking like a globe. The whole plant smells like onion although its flowers spread the same flavour as violets do.
