Chinese cabbage very popular in recent years. The head has thick white ribs with green and fleshy leaves. Delicious raw or cooked, its taste reminds the turnip or chicory. Provides calcium, antioxidants and vitamin C.
Sow from mid-July to mid-August, in rows separated by 40cm. Harvested 50-60 days after sowing.
