Place the seeds in boiling water at 90ºC for 5 seconds and immediately after transfer to running water with ice cubes in it. Soak for 24h and then proceed to the sowing maintaining temperatures of 20ºC/25ºC until the germination is completed.

Its active ingredients include chrysophanic acid yellow. Laxative effect due to its anthraquinone content.
