Ornamental tree grown as an isolated tree or for cut foliage. Timber, hedging, floral art and firewood are amongst its main uses. Very decorative in a garden.
Evergreen medium tree reaching 15-20 m adult. White flowers. It has very attractive bark and juvenile leaves that are rounded with serrated edges and a strong and spicy fragrance.
It adapts to any soils but prefers clay soils.
Direct sowing. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
