Planting & care

Place the seeds in bowling water at 90ºC for 10 seconds and immediately after transfer to running water with ice cubes in it. Soak for 24h and then proceed to the direct sowing.

Prefers poor, dry soils and without lime. It does not tolerate floodings.

Used as a fertiliser, firewood and to make coal. Its medicinal properties are used to treats asthma, headaches. It raises cardiac pace and fights liver disease. It is not recommended for domestic use.
