Ornamental shrub for edges, rockery and hedges. For low maintenance gardens, landscaping. Good specie for erosion control and desertification. Beautiful fragrant, white flowers.
It can grow up to 3m. It has white butterfly-like flowers. The leaves are narrow and long. The pods are oval brown-yellowish and filled with 1 or 2 seeds.
It grows on sandy and stony soils. It is found on sandy areas and on coastal dunes.
Place the seeds in boiling water at 90ºC for 5 seconds and immediately after transfer to running water with ice cubes in it. Soak for 24h and then proceed to the sowing.
