Evergreen shrub growing up to 4m with oval and glossy green leaves. Small scented white, yellow or greenish flowers with black non edible berries.
Prefers cool and sandy soils.
Direct sowing or to obtain a more regular and faster germination stratify in cold the seeds for 30-60 days before the sowing.
