Very showy and ornamental Heath cultivated in rockery or bush. Pot plant. It is used for bunches.
Evergreen shrub growing up to 80cm. Pink-violet bell-shaped and clustered flowers. Lanceolate, green leaves.
Prefers humid and acid soils, but will also grow on dry and poor soils. It is naturally found in valleys and mountainous slopes.
Direct sowing. Temperatures 10ºC night/18ºC day. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
