Beautiful heather. Purplish-pink flowers. Groundcover, rockery. It is used in bunches and to produce honey. It also fights diarrhoea. It is advised for kidney and urinary illnesses.
Deciduous shrub growing up to 75 cm with deep-pink or purple flowers. Thin and narrow leaves.
Prefers decalcified, dry and acid soils. It is found in the woods and on mountainous slopes.
Direct sowing. Temperatures 10ºC night/15ºC day. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
