Acacia nilotica or Acacia arabica is a shrub from 2 to 9 m. tall with a dense spheric crown. Grey leaves. Golden yellow flowers. Thorny. From the bark Arabic gum is extracted.
Prefers acid, sandy and light soils.
Direct sowing. Temperatures 20ºC/30ºC. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
