It likes sandy, poor and limestone soils.

Grown in group for its blooming, borders and hedges. Excellent choice for seaside gardens and dry areas.

The herbal tea that is made from its leaves relieves digestive problems and cough.

The wood is used in construction, for the making of furniture and tools.

Do not like transplant.
