Evergreen ground-cover with 1.5m stems and a showy yellow flowering. The leaves are composed dark-green and spear-shaped. The pod is cylindrical, stretched-out and filled with seeds.

Soak the seeds in cool water for 24 hours before sowing.
Usually it is found in roundabouts and traffic islands, in streets shaping flowerbeds. It is also grown to decorate seaside paths and as a ground-cover. An excellent plant for coastal mediterranean dunes.
