An ornamental tree very showy for its weeping foliage. This tree is also called Weeping cypress.
Evergreen conifer reaching 20 to 40m. Scaly bark and thick trunk. Narrow, pyramidal and weeping shape. Blue-greenish and needle-like leaves hanging on its branches.

Planting & care
Soak the seeds in cool water for 24 hours. To obtain a more regular and faster germination stratify in cold the seeds for 21 days before the sowing.
Prefers sandy, well drained soils from neutral to acid ones.
