SEEDS OF JIAOGULAN, STRADED BLUE PLANT - GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM

This plant is known as "Southern Ginseng" for its beneficial and similar properties to Panax ginseng. In Chinese medicine it is used for respiratory diseases and migraines, among others.

Climber that can reach 10m in height and 2m in width, so it is important to tutor it. Whitish green perennial medium foliage.

Ideal as a houseplant in pots, balconies and terraces or outdoors.

Direct sowing at temperatures of 20ºC-22ºC. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
