Creeping plant widely used to form green roof, green walls, to decorate rocky gardens, banks and pots.
Evergreen of 25-30cm with little bright yellow star-shaped flowers in spring. Small flat ellipse-shaped leaves. The fruit is star-shaped and white-yellowish.
Prefers calcium-rich, poor, dry and stony soils. It is naturally found on slopes, rocky zones and rockery.
Direct sowing. Mix the seeds with thin sand and sow in place. Water regularly until germination is over.
