SEEDS OF YELLOW IRIS - IRIS PSEUDACORUS

Ornamental plant for ponds, aquatic gardens, pots and bunches. It has astringent, diuretic and laxative properties. The seeds can be a good substitute for coffee.

Flowering plant of about 60-90 cm tall. The flowers are big, scented and yellow. The leaves are pale green.

Adapts to any soil while acid and waterlogged. It is found in swamps and along riverbanks. 

Soak the seeds in cool water for 5 days before sowing at temperatures of 10ºC/20ºC.
