The Galingale is perfect for wet spots, edges of ponds, river or stream banks and grasslands!
Perennial herb up to 150 cm with large rhizomes with long stems up to 2m high. Elongated and flat green leaves that grow close to the stem. Small reddish-brown flowers that grow in spikes.
The leaves and stems should be cut from the base when they dry, so that new ones can grow.
