This variety of Prsley with large and flat leaf is an excellent culinary and medicinal plant. Pot plant. The leaves dry or fresh flavour soups, meat or fish stews, sauces and vegetables. The essential oil of Parsley stimulates appetite and increases the blood flow to the stomach and uterus. The seed is used for the preparation of curries, breads and sausages. Crushing them gives an exotic flavor to dishes.
Evergreen plant up to 20-30cm. Strongly scented. Found in herb gardens and from time to time along paths and walls. It grows on acid and well drained soils.
Direct sowing from late winter till late summer. All year long in pot indoor.
