SEEDS OF IRISH MOSS - SAGINA SUBULATA

Turf plant creating green, fluffy cushions with tiny white flowers in summer. 5 cm tall.

Excellent for rock gardens and to plant in slits of walls and pavements forming dense green mats.

Prefers sandy, clayey and well-drained soils. It can be used as a substitute for the lawn, but do no resist trampling.

Direct sowing with temperatures 18/20ºC. Mix the seeds with thin sand to proceed to sowing and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
