Direct sowing. Temperatures 18ºC night/22ºC day.
Adapts to any soils but it is typical on chalky, stony and dry soils. Found along paths, on dry grounds, walls and in the cracks of rocks.
This plant is known for its chemical component called snapdragon chloride used to produce a dye. It can be used as a cataplasm against skin problems.
